The appointment form asks for a patient name, mobile number, age group, requested doctor or service, preferred date and time, an optional short reason for the visit, and a payment preference. The form is processed in your browser to prepare a WhatsApp message. Chikitsaa.online does not submit the form to, or store it in, a website database.
Please do not enter prescriptions, reports, card details, UPI PINs, OTPs or highly sensitive medical information in the form.
Like most web servers, the hosting infrastructure may temporarily record standard technical details such as the requested page, time, IP address, browser type and error status for security, reliability and troubleshooting.
Phone and WhatsApp contact
When you submit the appointment form or choose a Call or WhatsApp link, you leave this website and communicate directly with the clinic through your telephone or WhatsApp provider. WhatsApp processes that communication under its own terms and privacy policy. Please avoid sending highly sensitive medical records unless the clinic specifically asks for them through an appropriate channel.
Online advance payment
If advance payment is enabled, the website opens a provider-hosted HTTPS payment page. Payment credentials are entered only on that provider's secure page; this website must never receive or store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or OTPs. The payment provider processes transaction data under its own privacy policy. Reception should confirm the doctor, time and amount before payment.
Google Maps and social links
The location section can load Google Maps, and the website links to Google, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and, when enabled, a hosted payment provider. Those services may process data under their own privacy policies. You can use the written address and phone number without opening those services.
